1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Out-of-Delivery Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.

4. Delivery Partners

We ship via trusted courier services such as Delhivery, Bluedart and India Post, depending on your delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can track your order directly from the shipping partner’s website or from the Track Order section on our website.

6. International Shipping

At this time, nirogalife.com only ships within India. We are working to expand to international markets soon.

7. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at help.nirogalife@gmail.com.

  • In case of missed deliveries, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave a message with further instructions.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at help.nirogalife@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos (if applicable).

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
